Ahmet Hamdi ZAFER is a Professor at Trakya University State Conservatory, serving as Head of the Music Department since 2016 and Deputy Director since the same year. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Trakya University State Conservatory (2001). His academic and administrative roles include membership in the State Conservatory Board since 2014.
Research interests focus on violin performance, music education, and Balkan music traditions. He authored Violin Alphabet, a foundational text in music pedagogy. He has organized numerous cultural events and international music competitions, including the Balkan Symphony Orchestra Concerts, International Rotary Young Musicians Chamber Music Competitions, and collaborations with institutions like the Sozopol Art Academy and Istanbul University.
