Zafer AKINCIOĞLU is a full-time Lecturer at the State Conservatory of Kafkas University, specializing in Turkish Folk Music. His academic career spans over a decade, including roles as a Research Assistant at Bayburt University and administrative positions such as Deputy Director of the State Conservatory and Head of the Department of Traditional Turkish Music.
