Dr. Ahmed Kholeif is Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and Programme Leader for MSc International Finance at the University of Chester. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and CIMA Advanced Diploma holder, he holds a PhD from University of Essex and serves as external examiner for multiple UK universities.
His qualitative research applies structuration theory to management accounting change, IFRS implementation, and ERP systems. Recent publications examine public sector budgeting reforms and corporate governance frameworks in emerging economies.
Teaching encompasses financial risk management, strategic finance, and international financial markets at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
