Agnes Grudniewicz is an Associate Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, holding the Ian Telfer Research Fellowship. She holds a B.Com (Honours) from the University of Ottawa and a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on primary and community care, emphasizing team-based models and interorganizational collaboration to improve healthcare systems. She co-leads the cross-provincial Health Systems Research Lab.
Education: B.Com (Honours) from uOttawa, Ph.D. in Health Services Research from University of Toronto.

Her recent work analyzes rural hospital closures, physician practice choices, and digital health innovations. Over 50 peer-reviewed articles since 2018 reflect her focus on healthcare governance, workforce planning, and policy implementation. Her studies often use mixed-methods approaches combining qualitative insights with large-scale data analysis.
Grants: Principal Investigator for a $1M CIHR study on primary care capacity and a $1M initiative on primary care for individuals with serious mental illness. Co-PI on pan-Canadian health workforce studies and preclinical trial methodology projects.
Labs/Teams: Co-leads the Health Systems Research Lab coordinating cross-jurisdictional projects. Active in the Telfer School's interdisciplinary health management research clusters.
