Dr. Adriana Tomczyk is an Assistant Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in civil and private law. She holds a Doctor of Laws degree from 2020, focusing on civil law consequences of violating moral norms between close persons. Her teaching includes family law, inheritance law, and civil law, with a focus on legal protections for persons with disabilities. She actively participates in university governance as the Academic Rights Ombudsman and coordinates accessibility initiatives for students with disabilities. Tomczyk leads the Department for Scientific and Teaching Projects and has secured significant grants for legal research journals and disability inclusion programs. She is a key member of the Civil and Commercial Law Research Team, contributing to nationwide conferences and legal analyses.
