Prof Adriana Tavares holds a Personal Chair of Translational Molecular Imaging Research at the University of Edinburgh, affiliated with the Centre for Cardiovascular Science and Edinburgh Imaging. Her work focuses on developing molecular imaging biomarkers for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment efficacy studies.
- Broad research areas include molecular imaging, radiotracer development, and translational medicine.
- Her team leads projects in PET imaging, kinetic modeling, and network analysis for whole-body molecular imaging.
