Adrian Nießler

Prof. Adrian Nießler holds the professorship of Communication Design in the Department of Art at Offenbach University of Art and Design, shared with Catrin Altenbrandt since 2020. They succeeded Klaus Hesse, who previously held the position for two decades. Born in Göttingen in 1978, Nießler studied at his current institution and co-founded Pixelgarten studio in 2006 with Altenbrandt. The studio specializes in communication design projects including exhibition, corporate, and editorial design for clients like Rosenthal, Tolix, and the Anne Frank Education Center. Their work has been featured in international publications and books.
