Adolfo G. Cuevas, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at NYU's School of Global Public Health, serving as Deputy Director of the Center for Anti-Racism, Social Justice, and Public Health. He leads NIH-funded projects totaling $4 million investigating discrimination’s impact on biological dysregulation, obesity, and gene expression. His work bridges epidemiology, psychology, and biology to address health disparities.
