Adelle Sefton-Rowston is an Associate Professor in Literary Studies and Communication at Charles Darwin University's Faculty of Arts and Society, serving as Associate Dean Research. She holds a PhD from Deakin University (2012) and specializes in contemporary Australian literature, particularly settler narratives, identity politics, and reconciliation. Her work explores prison arts education and the cultural contributions of system-impacted individuals. She co-edits the NT literary journal Borderlands and chairs key academic associations like Australasian Universities Language and Literature Association (AULLA).
