Adel Alaeddini

Dr. Adel Alaeddini is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and holds courtesy professorships in Operations Research and Engineering Management and Computer Science. He serves as the O'Donnell Foundation Professor and Co-Executive Director of the Center for Digital and Human-Augmented Manufacturing (CDHAM). His research integrates physics-inspired artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to address challenges in Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Energy Systems.
