Adam Lock is a Professor and Associate Chair for Farm Operations in the Department of Animal Science at Michigan State University, where he leads the Dairy Lipids Nutrition Program. He holds a BS (Hons) and PhD from the University of Nottingham, UK, and completed postdoctoral work at Cornell University. His research bridges dairy production and human nutrition, specializing in fatty acid metabolism, milk fat synthesis, and dietary strategies to optimize dairy cattle health and productivity.
