Adam Henschke serves as Research Director and Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Section at the University of Twente's Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences. His work bridges ethics of technology and institutional ethics through a distinctive techno-institutionalist approach.
His research focuses on conceptual and normative issues across security, health, information, and technology ethics. Key areas include:

- Ethics of surveillance technologies and intelligence institutions
- Care for enhanced veterans
- Internet of Things ethics
- Cybersecurity ethics
