Adam Cohen Simonsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy, University of Southern Denmark. His research spans biophysics, membrane biology, and food science, utilizing advanced techniques like atomic force microscopy, fluorescence-lifetime imaging (FLIM), and STED microscopy.
