Abdul Hafeez Diwan

Abdul Hafeez Diwan, M.D., Ph.D., is a Professor at Baylor College of Medicine’s School of Medicine, holding dual appointments in the Department of Pathology & Immunology and the Department of Dermatology. He also serves as a Faculty Senator and Co-Chair of the Student Services Committee. His academic training includes an M.B.,B.S. from Aga Khan University Medical College (Karachi, Pakistan), a Ph.D. from the University of South Alabama (Mobile, AL), and advanced training at the University of Alabama (Birmingham, AL) and the University of South Alabama.

Dr. Diwan’s research focuses on melanoma biology, skin pathology, and molecular mechanisms in skin cancers.
