Dr. Abdelkrim Lardi is a Lecturer in Arabic at the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Münster, Germany, since Winter Semester 2002. He holds a master's degree in German and Islamic Studies (University of Bonn, 2006) and a doctorate in Arabic Literary Imagology (University of Münster, 2012).

- 1987–1989: Studied journalism and didactics of German history at Justus Liebig University of Giessen (with Konrad Adenauer Foundation Scholarship)
