Abdelkader Aoufi is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at the Cranfield School of Management, part of Cranfield University. He joined the university in 2016 and is deeply involved in academic programs such as the Executive and full-time MBA, Masters, and customized executive education. His research focuses on Operations Strategy, Behavioural Operations, Innovation, and Agile Development.

Research Interests: Aoufi’s work explores Agile methodologies in project management, particularly in outsourcing contexts. He investigates how strategic partnerships and contractual frameworks can enhance project success in dynamic business environments. His studies emphasize organizational agility, innovation adoption, and the alignment of client-supplier collaboration.
He has collaborated with global clients such as SABIC, Morgan Sindall, and ATOS, focusing on delivering customized executive programs and advising on Agile implementation challenges. His 2022 article in Research-Technology Management highlights strategies for effective Agile outsourcing, addressing contractual tensions and organizational readiness.
