Aaron Charles Kay is the J.Rex Fuqua Professor of International Management at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a joint appointment as Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience. His research focuses on the intersection of motivation, implicit social cognition, and social issues. He earned his PhD in Psychology from Stanford University in 2005.
