Nour Kteily is a Professor at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and co-director of the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRCC) and founding co-director of the Center for Enlightened Disagreement. His work bridges social psychology, organizational behavior, and political science to address systemic intergroup conflict.
