ALICIA SANTIDRIAN ARROYO

Dr. Alicia Santidrian Arroyo is a Full Professor at the Department of Business Economics and Administration within the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences at the University of Burgos. Her research focuses on Financial Economics, Accounting, and the role of Corporate Performance Indicators in knowledge generation and incorporation within organizations.

She leads research in Accounting, Change, and Society as head of the ERGO research group. Her doctoral thesis, Relevancia de los indicadores de rendimiento en la generación e incorporación de conocimiento: estudio de un caso (2001), examined performance metrics in knowledge management. Supervised by Dr. Valentín Azofra Palenzuela and Dr. María Begoña Prieto Moreno.
