Önder BALTACI is an Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education, Kirsehir Ahi Evran University. With a PhD in Psychological Counseling from Gazi University (2017) and a Master's in the same field from Selçuk University (2010), he has dedicated his career to child development, mental health, and technology addiction research.
