Ágnes Andor serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. She joined Marshall after prior teaching appointments at Southern Methodist University and the University of Notre Dame, bringing expertise in organizational dynamics and ethical leadership.
Dr. Andor earned her PhD from Bocconi University in 2019. Before doctoral studies, she gained professional experience as a financial analyst across public and private sectors in Hungary, Italy, Australia, and the United States.
Her research critically examines the root causes of unethical behavior in organizations and systemic gender perception disparities in workplace evaluations. This work bridges organizational behavior, ethical leadership frameworks, and diversity-inclusion strategies, with practical implications for corporate policy design.
