Professor Chin Hoong Chor is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS), affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering. He specializes in transportation systems modeling, safety assessment, and congestion management. As a registered professional engineer and road safety auditor, he has contributed to numerous projects with Singapore’s land authorities and private companies.
