Dr. Tan Siew Ann (Harry) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore since 1994, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. His expertise includes numerical methods, deep excavations, pile foundations, and ground improvement.
