Léa Dorion is an Associate Professor of Management at Université Paris-Saclay, specializing in critical management studies with a focus on feminist perspectives. She investigates feminist organizing through prefigurative practices of social movements and feminist speculative science-fiction. Her work critiques neoliberal academic structures while advocating for radical feminist praxis in organizational theory.
