Lotfi Hamzi is a Full Professor at the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department of Neoma Business School, with a PhD in International Law and International Relations from the University of Reims-Champagne Ardenne. He has been a permanent faculty member since 1998, teaching Geopolitics and International Relations.
