Déjean Frédérique is a Professor of Management at the University of Paris Dauphine and a researcher at the Dauphine Recherches en Management (DRM) , a CNRS UMR 7088 laboratory. She co-directs several academic programs, including the Master's in Sustainable Development and Organizations, the Certificate in Extra-Financial Information, the Certificate in Circular Economy, and the Master's in Management in Southern Countries. Her roles also include co-leading the Durabilité & Sobriété cross-cutting axis at DRM and serving on the scientific and steering committees of the Chaire Comptabilité Ecologique . Doctorate from University of Paris Dauphine Diplôme from ENS Paris Saclay Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) , Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) , and ESG reporting . She has published extensively in French and international journals on topics such as environmental accounting, corporate legitimacy in sustainability crises, and institutional strategies for sustainable finance. From 2015 to 2017, she chaired the academic network RIODD (International Research Network on Organizations and Sustainable Development) and served as co-editor-in-chief of the Revue de l'Organisation Responsable (rank 3, FNEGE) until 2020. Since 2021, she co-edits the Comptabilité Contrôle Audit (rank 2, FNEGE). Her publications often examine the intersection of accounting practices, sustainability challenges, and corporate disclosure strategies, with particular attention to institutional dynamics and regulatory implications.
