About
Zied Mnasri is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Bradford, affiliated with the School of CSAI&E within the Faculty of Eng & Digital Technologies. He joined in March 2024 and became module leader for 'Artificial Intelligence' (COS5028-B) in September 2024.
He holds a PhD from the University of Tunis El Manar (2011) and has held international positions: visiting researcher at LORIA-INRIA (Nancy, France, 2015–2018), adjunct professor at the University of Genoa (Italy, 2018–2021), and assistant professor at the University of Naples L'Orientale (Italy, 2022–2024).
His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, and Digital Health, with over 50 publications. He currently serves as guest associate editor for Frontiers in Digital Health and actively participates in conferences as a speaker and committee member. He is a member of IEEE and EURASIP.
Zied has supervised doctoral, master's, and graduate students across institutions and leads teaching in AI. His work bridges technical innovation with interdisciplinary applications in health and digital technologies.
