Yonit Manor-Percival

Dr. Yonit Manor-Percival is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Tutor at the School of Law, Gender and Media, SOAS University of London. She specializes in the intersection of law, global political economy, and multinational enterprises, with a focus on China’s international legal frameworks and political economy. Her PhD from Queen Mary University of London examined China’s 'harmonious world' paradigm through international investment treaties, blending critical theory, political economy, and legal analysis.

She is an arbitrator with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and fluent in Mandarin. Her teaching covers English company law, MNEs, Chinese political economy, and international arbitration.
