YIP Man is a Professor of Law at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. He holds the V3 Group Professor in Family Entrepreneurship and has served in various leadership roles, including Associate Dean (Faculty Matters & Research) and Director of the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia (CCLA). He earned his B.C.L. from the University of Oxford (2008) and LL.B. from the National University of Singapore (2006).
Research Interests: YIP specializes in Unjust Enrichment & Restitution, Equity & Trusts, Private International Law, Contract Law, and Remedies.
