THAM Chee Ho is a Professor of Law at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University, with a career spanning over two decades. He holds a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford (2017), a B.C.L. (1998), and an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore (1994).
