YEO Su Lin is an Associate Professor of Communication Management (Practice) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She holds a Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University (2013). Her research focuses on strategic communication, crisis management, health communication, and cross-cultural communication practices. YEO has received multiple teaching awards, including the Dean’s Teaching Honour List from 2015 to 2022, and has authored/co-authored numerous articles in top journals like International Journal of Strategic Communication and Public Relations Review.
