William Keith Corbitt

William Keith Corbitt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Languages and Cultures at West Chester University, College of Arts and Humanities. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Indiana University, an M.A. from the University of Delaware, a B.A. from High Point University, and an A.A. from Monterey Peninsula College.

• Second and Foreign Language Assessment
• Teaching Foreign Languages to Students with Special Needs

Recent Publications focus on multisensory language learning, modified foreign language programs, and at-risk learners. His work addresses cognitive strategies, language assessment, and differentiated instruction techniques.

Professional Responsibilities include serving as an Executive Council Member for the Pennsylvania State Modern Language Association (2017–2020) and participating in the Board of Reviewers for ACTFL/NCATE/CAEP (2014–present).
