Wendy Rowe

Dr. Wendy Rowe is a Professor at Royal Roads University's School of Leadership, where she founded the Master of Arts in Global Leadership program. As a scholar-practitioner, she advances leadership development and management effectiveness globally through strategic partnerships, enhanced communication, and sustainable community development initiatives.

Her educational credentials include a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University (2002), an MA in Organizational Development (1999), an MBA (1995), and dual MA/BA in Psychology from Simon Fraser University (1979/1977).

Dr. Rowe's research integrates social change, system reframing, and action research methodology with practical applications in evaluation and strategic partnership engagement. She investigates personal/organizational resiliency and thriving dynamics across international contexts including India, China, and Latin America, conducting over 150 program evaluations for NGOs and government agencies.
