Wayne Shaw

Wayne Shaw is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Technology at Cairn University. He has taught courses in philosophy of leadership, leadership ethics, organizational culture and change, and principles of research. He holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Cairn University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ursinus College.

Professionally, Shaw has served as Senior Director at Janssen Pharmaceuticals (a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary) since 2007 and as President of Center Point Leadership Consulting, Inc. for a decade. Earlier, he spent 35 years as Director of Clinical Research at Merck & Co., Inc. He is a certified administrator of the EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessment, integrating this expertise into his teaching and consulting.

His career spans pharmaceutical research management, leadership consulting, and academia, with a focus on ethical leadership and organizational dynamics. Personal interests include travel, fishing, boating, and oil painting.
