Vlessidis Athanasios

Professor Athanasios Vlessidis is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Ioannina, Greece. He serves as Director of the Section of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry and has established himself as a leading researcher in analytical chemistry with particular expertise in nanotechnology applications, chemiluminescence, and environmental analysis.

Professor Vlessidis leads the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Ioannina, where his research team focuses on developing novel analytical methods, particularly in nanotechnology applications for environmental and biomedical analysis.
