Dr Vindhya Weeratunga is a Lecturer in the School of Business at UNSW Canberra, combining her extensive HR practitioner/CEO experience with academic research. As a mixed-methods researcher, she investigates human resource management, systems thinking applications to complex organizational problems, and adaptive leadership frameworks.
