Valerie Caines

Dr Valerie Caines is a Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Business School within the University of Adelaide's Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. She holds a PhD in Management/OB from the Australian National University and has prior experience in private-sector HR roles and management consulting. As Head of Discipline for Management, she focuses on optimizing aging at work, particularly older worker experiences and retirement transitions. Her research affiliations include the Work and Ageing Research Network (WARN) at ANU.
