Vincent Osborn

Vincent Osborn is a Senior Lecturer in the Music Department at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. He holds an M.M. in Double Bass Performance from the University of Minnesota and a BA from The College of St Scholastica. With 20 years' experience in the U.S. Air Force Band, he has performed internationally and recorded extensively, including on a Grammy-winning PDQ Bach album.

Osborn joined the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra in 1998, serving as assistant principal bass and program annotator. He performs with multiple regional ensembles including the Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra and Big Top Chautauqua's Blue Canvas Orchestra. Since 2015, he has served as president of AFM Local 18.
