Victoria Walker

Dr. Victoria Walker is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Glasgow Caledonian University's Department of People and Organisations. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde (2021).

Her research examines employee well-being in service industries, low-wage labor dynamics, and ethical human resource practices. She currently leads the 'Resourcing and Talent Management' module and teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate HRM programs. As an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and CIPD member, she integrates industry perspectives into academic instruction.
