Trine Flockhart is a Full-time Professor at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy, holding a Chair in Security Studies at the Florence School of Transnational Governance. She is currently on leave from the University of Southern Denmark, where she was a Professor of International Relations and Chair of Social Science at the Danish Institute for Advanced Studies (D-IAS). Her research focuses on global order transformation, NATO, transatlantic relations, and resilience theory.
