About
Trent Harris is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Film & Media Arts department at the University of Utah. Known as one of America's premiere cult directors, his work includes the acclaimed Beaver Trilogy and documentaries for NBC, PBS, and National Geographic Explorer. He currently produces his seventh feature film, Welcome To The Rubber Room.

- MFA in Directing Film, American Film Institute (1985)
Research focuses on experimental and independent filmmaking, with works showcased globally at Sundance, Lincoln Center, and MoMA. His papers/films are archived at the University of Utah's Marriott Library Special Collections.
