Tracey H. Sigler

Dr. Tracey Sigler is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Leadership Studies at The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. She teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership Assessment & Development, Teamwork, and Organizational Change at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research emphasizes leader development, pedagogical approaches to leadership, service-learning, and gender dynamics in leadership roles.

Dr. Sigler transitioned to academia after a career in automotive parts procurement at Chrysler Motors Corporation. She has held teaching and leadership roles at Northern Kentucky University and Western Washington University, in addition to The Citadel.
