Todd Lash

Todd Lash, PhD, is the Director of Computer Science Teacher Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's College of Education, Curriculum & Instruction department. He oversees the CS+Ed programs and the CS Teacher Endorsement course sequence, focusing on equity-based pedagogical approaches to enable diverse students' success in computer science education.

His past experience includes over 20 years as a K-5 teacher, school librarian, and computer science instructional coach in Illinois public schools. He contributed to the 2017 CSTA national standards and the K-12 CS Framework, and currently serves as a consultant for CSTA standards revision.
