Timothy Wise is an Assistant Professor of Practice at Western Carolina University's School of Music within the College of Arts and Sciences. He retired after 31 years of teaching at Tuscola High School, where he led the bands as Director since 1993. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Director at Riverdale High School in Georgia.
