Tiffany Rutecki

Tiffany Rutecki serves as the Clinical Director and Clinical Instructor for the Clinical Nutrition MS program at the University at Buffalo. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from D’Youville University and a Bachelor of Education in Health Education from SUNY Cortland. Her professional roles include clinical leadership, education, and preceptorship.

Dr. Rutecki has ten years of clinical experience at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), focusing on medical and trauma intensive care units. She is a dedicated preceptor for graduate students from the University at Buffalo and D’Youville University, emphasizing hands-on nutrition application across diverse clinical settings. Additionally, she taught medical nutrition therapy as an adjunct faculty member at Trocaire College (2014–2017).

Her research interests revolve around clinical nutrition in critical care environments and the education of future healthcare professionals. She received the Outstanding Preceptor Award in 2019 for her mentorship contributions.
