Thomas Hoerr

Thomas Hoerr is a Researcher at the Department of Educator Preparation and Leadership, University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). He earned his PhD in Educational Planning and Policy-Development from Washington University in St. Louis, an MEd in Educational Administration from UMSL, and a BA in Harris Teachers College. His work focuses on K-12 school leadership, social-emotional learning, and character education, particularly through his Formative Five framework.
