Susan West

Susan West is a Lecturer in Health Management & Leadership at the University of Bradford's School of Nursing & Healthcare Leadership within the Faculty of Health Studies. Her career spans over 15 years in clinical and managerial roles within the NHS, including positions as Dietetic Manager, GP Liaison Manager, Assistant Director of Business Development, and Assistant Chief Operating Officer.

• Pioneer of the first Patient & Public Involvement Framework in Northern England
