Dr Ally Memon is an Assistant Professor in the Leadership and Human Resource Management Department at Northumbria University. He specializes in public service integration, healthcare governance, and qualitative research methodologies. His work focuses on public management theory, governance dynamics, and service innovation in public sector organizations, particularly in healthcare systems. Memon holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where his research examined healthcare governance.
