Stuart Lazear

Stuart Lazear MCIP, RPP is a professional planner with 40 years of heritage expertise across Canada. He served as Coordinator of Heritage Planning Services for the City of Ottawa from 1989 to 2012, managing built heritage resources in Canada's capital. Currently, he holds a PartTime Lecturer position at Algonquin College's School of Media and Design and an Adjunct Professor role at Carleton University's School of Canadian Studies.
