Steve Conroy is a Professor of Economics at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business, where he has been a faculty member since 2004. He holds a PhD and MA in Economics from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Economics from Creighton University.
His research focuses on applied microeconomics with specializations in:
- Real estate and housing economics
- Economics of education
- Economics of aging
- Business ethics
Conroy's publications demonstrate a consistent focus on empirical analysis of property markets, environmental economics, and valuation methodologies.
